April S. says: I was very pleased with the service I received from Brian and Seth. Brian answered all my questions, and was very polite. Seth cleaned my carpets and was not pushy in his upselling, which I appreciated. Because I am a renter I didn’t feel the need to get a deep cleaning, but Seth still gave me great service. The carpet in my bedroom definitely needs replacing, because even though he did a great job, the stains all re-appeared the next day.
