Phenomenal service! Spiker Carpet and Tile Care also cleans upholstery, they performed a miracle on my tan micro suede furniture! Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and communicative. We had the opportunity to watch him train with a new addition to his team, Brandon. Brian explained all the details to Brandon to ensure the highest level of service. Brandon worked diligently and effectively. Brian also explained the entire process to me and ensured my satisfaction. Additionally, the cleaning solution smells wonderful, and I’m eight months pregnant!
After an initial phone call to Brian, the appointment set-up was efficiently managed online and I received a reminder text message the morning of the service. We will be using Spiker Carpet and Tile Care in the future!
