I needed my carpets cleaned before my house went on the market and Brian was very accomodating with my time frame. Gary kept me informed of his time frame with the prior customer, and called when he was on his way. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly. The carpets looked and smelled amazing when he was done. We will use them again for our new house.
