Steam Cleaning, hands down. The dry cleaning methods leave so much more residue. They have there place, but if you want a deep clean, steam cleaning is the answer.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
It will take usually three to four hours for your carpet to dry. Some carpets may take a bit longer. The overall humidity in your house and outside influences the time as well.

It takes about 20-30 minutes to clean a room.

The short answer is no. We use professional methods to remove stains, but there are situations where a stain is permanent. We can usually tell prior to the cleaning if this is the case.
When can I walk on the carpet again?
The carpet will still be damp after 4-6 hours. Use the plastic booties we provide during that time.
