A sectional is the most-used surface in most American homes — and the most fragile when cleaning goes wrong. Microfiber water-spots. Leather strips. Cotton-blends shrink. Spot-cleaners create halos that look worse than the original stain.
Pros start by reading the cleaning code (W, S, SW, X) and the fabric type before touching anything. We pre-treat with fabric-safe enzymes, then run low-moisture extraction at fabric-specific temperature and pressure. Cushion seams are cleaned individually. Edges and pet contact zones are detailed by hand.
Most sectionals are dry in 2–4 hours. The smell is clean, not perfumed. Done right, it should look new — not 'sort of better.'
