This was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. The owner operator is so upbeat and enthusiastic I was excited for him to clean my tile. He presents the same enthusiasm when he gets to your house and he is very thorough with the explanation of what he is going to do and why. The equipment he uses is amazing and makes the cleaning process look effortless, which it virtually is when you’re a professional. Brian is the consummate professional to include the cleaning tips he gives and the extra precautions he takes when bringing in his equipment. He has wall protectors like they use in warehouse work(on a smaller scale)to protect wall areas the hoses have to pass by. I could write for an hour to talk about how pleased I am with the service I received today but let’s suffice to say my floor looks like new and I will definitely have Spikers back to clean again soon!
